Program Eligibility and Requirements

• Completion of the formal Partner Application Form and submission of required documentation
• Manual vetting by the Partnerships Team
• Must have a fully verified and active account (unverified, pending deletion, or deleted accounts are ineligible)
• Referrer acts solely as an independent contractor

Qualified Referral Definition (30-Day Cookie Window)

• Referee uses the Referrer’s unique referral link to initiate the transaction
• Referee is a new customer who has never previously purchased AI92 Service or claimed a referral reward
• Referee completes their first purchase of an eligible AI92 Service plan and retains it for a minimum of 30 days

Reward Schedule - Commissions are fixed, one-time bounties paid for the initial sale only with no cap on total rewards. Per-plan amounts are shown above. A LA CARTE add-ons earn 10% commission on net revenue (gross payment minus taxes, credits, refunds, chargebacks, and processing fees). Rewards are deposited to your E-wallet and withdrawn via PayPal only. Commissions are processed monthly on Net-45 payment terms (45 days after month-end) with a minimum $100 USD threshold.

Important Terms - As an independent contractor, you are solely responsible for all tax obligations. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for breach, fraud, or IP violations. Referrers may only use approved referral links and designated marketing text. No legal action may be brought more than two (2) years after the cause of action arises. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the Company’s Privacy Policy.
