Delete your AI92 account

This page permanently deletes your AI92 account and the personal data attached to it. You do not need the mobile app or an active session to use it — enter the email address your account is registered to and confirm from the link we send you. Deletion cannot be undone.

If you can still sign in, the fastest route is Account settings inside the AI92 dashboard: open the Delete account section and confirm there. The result is identical to the form below.

Request deletion by email

We send a confirmation link to the address on file. The link expires in 60 minutes and works once. Nothing is deleted until you open it and confirm.

What we delete

Your login credentials, profile and account record.
Your workspace and its brands, business profiles and settings.
Campaigns, generated content, creative assets and their analytics.
Your connected social and Google Business tokens, which are deleted from AI92 (cancel the app's access in each provider's own settings to end the grant there).
Contact lists, outreach history and the search records built from them.
If you are the workspace owner: the whole workspace, including the accounts of every teammate in it. Tell them before you confirm. If you are a member, only your own account and personal data go, and the workspace keeps running.

What we keep, and why

Invoices, payment records and tax documents, retained for as long as company and tax law requires — typically 5 to 10 years depending on the jurisdiction.
Records we are legally obliged to keep to handle disputes, fraud or chargebacks.
Aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked back to you or your account.
Copies inside encrypted backups, which roll off within 90 days.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your AI92 account does not cancel a subscription billed by Google Play or the App Store. Those are managed by the store, not by AI92, and they keep charging until you cancel them there. Cancel first, then delete.
